I am using these ear plugs for work, I'm a dental assistant and they seem to help with the noise. I was hoping that they would be a little more noise cancelling. I ordered the extra small, they are slightly loose but I do like the fact that they are hard to see once they are in your ears. They are a soft silicone. They sort of fit like the cheaper ones you can buy at the store.
