I ordered this to replace an old snap-in socket to a fifty year old canister light. Can I use 75watt bulbs in this?

Is this rated for exterior/outside use? I want to install inside a porch light fixture that is protected from rain?

Does this socket work with 10-2 wiring and e26 led bulbs?
