I read the prior reviews about it stinks, mine did not stink, was easy to assemble, the color is really dark can almost see navy color in it!

This was fun to put together and it looks great. The headboard is a great feature. It has padding and a nice fabric feel. The full-size mattress I purchased fits on it perfectly. It was a little challenging to put together and the slats are not super strong so I wouldn't recommend it for heavy people. I sleep on it alone and never jump on my bed so it should last a long time to come. Definitely a good purchase. Highly recommend.

This bed frame arrived super quick and was packaged well, the parts inside the box were neatly organized and assembly instructions were clear. This bed has withstood the assault of 2 children constantly climbing all over it and jumping on it.Also, for those interested this bed does not squeak at all!I would definitely recommend this bed to someone who was looking to purchase one.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this bed for a guest room. Steps are laid out and easy to follow. I like to use a larger allen wrench, easier to hold.

First off, IT DOESN'T STINK. I was worried that the bed fram may smell like formaldehyde. The BED FRAME DID NOT SMELL. That was a big relief because others had complained about the smell. It smelled like new furniture...As it should. Not bad!To be honest, putting the bed frame together wasn't the easiest. It wasn't super difficult either. But just don't think you're going to get away with putting it together in 30 minutes. Not happening. I wouldn't recommend using a power drill to screw the pieces together. You could easily over torque the screws and it'd be game over.

The smell is a very strong vinegar smell. I am hopeful that it will fade. It's not as sturdy as I was hoping. Don't let your kid jump on the bed at all. The legs are long enough to offer a good amount of storage underneath. Looks exactly as advertised. Like others say you get what you pay for. If you have the money for a $300+ bed frame that you absolutely love then get that one. I got the twin size.

The overall experience is satisfactory with this price range. Head support is good
