When on sale, Was prime money for a mid range phone
Acquired this item just after new years during a sale and when the product was much lower in value. The base model was £298 to £320, with the option of the ear buds bundle i acquired it for £347. Which for a mid range phone is absolute bang for value. But the phone is currently at £400+ which seems to be stretching it. at that point you may as well opt for a "Google Pixel 6A" which is ranked as the best value for a mid range phone. But Enough of the value for quality and performance. Does it preform well.... Yes!Bellow i will list everything great about the phone.- The Nord 2T sports a hefty quad core mediatek dimensity 1300 CPU, With an ARM Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. You will always find the phone responsive in every circumstances, Offers above average performance when gaming however might have issues on certain open world games.- The Nord 2T Sports a brilliant 8GB of ram for a mid range phone with an option to expand memory capacity by an additional 2-3-5GB within the operation system itself. This converts 2-3-5GB from your internal storage capacity to be used as RAM for the phone to take advantage of. For those of you that are a serious hoarder of apps being on in the background. this is a dream feature for a mid range phone!- Fingerprint scanner allows you to save multiple fingerprints if you like unlocking your phone with different fingers.- SUPERCHARGING.... im not joking here when i say that this phone can charge dam quick which is great and concerning at the same time. For a battery perspective charging this quick is concerning as it will degrade the battery incredibly quickly. But on the other hand it means if you need the phone charged in a flash it will fully charge a dead phone from 0 to 100% in under 30mins. in order to preserve battery life if you do decide to acquire this phone i would recommend at every step to enable all charging features so as it does not degrade the battery as quickly.- Camera quality is top note. offers ultra wide photography as well as probably one of the best low light/night time video recording and photo taking processing. Doesn't oversaturate it as much as you would think but proves that in low light conditions its brilliant. My overall recommendation is if you can grab this bellow £360. its 100% one the money, anything more youre looking at compromising value for money which there is far greater options available bellow the current price point of the phone which is at £403, But this is just my advise. But at current value i dont see why it would be worth it considering the One Plus Nord 10t just launched and is sitting at £463, which provides far superior processing, and GPU capabilities ontop of a better battery and the same expandability with your RAM, Youre looking at an average 34% increase in performance for an additional £60

Great phone for the price.
I bought this phone to replace an aging but well served Nokia 8. I was totally bamboozled by the plethora of internet reviews about the " best mid priced smartphone" but had got it down to a choice of two. So I decided to keep to a strict budget. Therefore, based on the price, operating system, features and my simple usage I plumbed for this. The Oneplus Nord 2T.The phone promptly arrived and a lot of it's features, given good words by Amazon customers reviews, were proven to be very accurate. The operating system is Android 12 and the One plus UI overlay is pretty none intrusive over the general order of things. The battery lasted impressively considering the amount of use for installing, configuring and generally setting everything up. I would say I'm an average user and the battery lasted generally 2 days. I think this is good seeing as it is a modern phone and has a lot to do. Charging time was a remarkable step up but I'm of the " make a brew whilst it's charging" frame of mind so it's no biggie ( it is fast taking 0 to charged in roughly half an hour). The screen is very good indeed and has loads of settings that I'm still getting used to. The clarity of it struck me most - and contrary to what anyone says - 90Hz refresh rate is fab considering the size of the screen. The camera has loads of settings too but I'm very impressed with what I have seen so far.The phone itself comes with a case, screen protector already fitted and is a very sleek modern design. I opted to buy an extra cover and some tempered glass screen protectors as I know it may come across a set of keys in my pocket!!I particularly like the on screen finger print reader - as it actually works !! I took a tip from a previous reviewer and used my middle finger to set it up, due to cuts and knocks on my index finger and thumb. All in all I would say that if you would like a reasonably cheap phone ( by today's standards) with a load of neat features, dead easy to use, looks and feels great with a nifty bit of camera to boot - then you won't go far wrong with one of these. By the way - don't fuss over lack of IP rating - as you're not that daft to bury it in sand or go swimming with it - are you?!!
