The fit
Hat works good outside. Did not stay on head well, kept tipping forward from the weight of the fan I guess. Had to pin it in place

OK gag gift but not really very good
Well the fan DOES spin in the bright sunlight (you have to be in direct light, shade shuts it down) and there is a very soft breeze from it that's barely noticeable. If you are ordering this as a joke-gift, as I did, go ahead, but if you are expecting to trek through the desert and stay cool, you probably want to consider another option. The bill of the hat is very long to accommodate the solar apparatus so it does look pretty comical (think Donald Duck).Not great but an OK gag gift.

Must be in full sun in order to operate. If it’s a little shady, it won’t work.
