Great for travel!
I have Celiac Disease and used these for myself while visiting my extended family to help prevent cross contamination by gluten. They were so easy to order on Amazon ahead of my trip and then throw in my suitcase and bring along. They were sturdy and I was able to use sharp knives on them, the knives cut the paper but didn't cut through entirely. They really are "single use" but I was able to use one for a meal or two sometimes.Even if you don't have an issue where you can't use someone else's kitchen or prep areas these would be handy on a picnic or at a outdoor kids sports game where you might need to cut items or even just keep them off a dirty surface. They'd work as placemats too!

do the job they are intended for.
Basically, these things are cardboard. But you know what? They work! They sit in my saran wrap drawer and take up little space. Whenever I'm cutting something, I whip one out and clean up is a breeze. They are so cheap, no thoughts about throwing outl

Great for vacation use
Bought these disposable cutting boards to take on vacation because, after renting vacation homes for many years now, the quality of boards provided in a rental isn't great. You just don't know what germs lurk in those cut-up cutting boards. These were perfect! Will definitely buy them again!

Good for making sandwiches and such in the morning
These are definitely convenient. They are essentially thick cardboard. Good for making sandwiches and such in the morning, but it does feel a little wasteful.

Disposable cutting board
I like to use disposable cutting sheets for raw meet. These cardboard sheets are sturdy and a nice large size.

Not Practical or Durable Enough
I'm a bit disappointed in the performance of these "boards". It's my own fault as I was comparing them in my mind to some plastic, reusable sheets that I have, expecting these to be more durable, as those are. These are one use, disposable cutting boards, with a very lenient use of the term "boards". While quite usable for some things, they fail, with a capital "F", for a lot of things that I thought I could use them for. And, they are to/must be disposed of after one use, as they don't hold up to sharp knives or wetness, so much so that I fear that pieces of this board may end up in our meal.I had hoped that these would be workable for cutting up meats, chicken in particular, and then be tossed so as to avoid potential spread of bacteria. They begin to fall apart after a very short while and just make a mess, so that I've had to revert to my old cutting board to finish my meal prep. Drier things are better, such as breads and some cheeses, and it saves a large board being drug out or cleaned up as you can just dump the crumbs, but this isn't really an issue for me like the cleanliness concerns with meats. I wouldn't waste the money for this, small convenience.I can see these being useful if camping or picnics when not having or wanting to deal with a normal cutting board. Having a clean surface to cut foods on in a multi-use space would be a motivation to use these. We have some apartments that we stay at intermittently through the year that I'll probably take the remaining pieces of these. Those types of uses seem best for these mediocre, disposable cutting boards. It's nice that they're recyclable, but I like my reusable thin, plastic sheets for similar and reusable use.

Good in certain circumstances
These set of 10, 100% Recyclable/Disposable Cutting Boards from Tomorrow's Kitchen is very convenient in certain situations. These are made of thick, coated cardstock-type paper and are designed to be used and then tossed. They are thin enough to be flexible but sturdy enough to do a good bit of chopping and slicing. The main uses for these are in places where washing a regular cutting board would be difficult to impossible or where you have a lot of people doing food prep at the same time. I could see these being useful at a picnic or camping or other kinds of out door cooking, as well as for cooking classes. They would also be good for messy art projects, I think.Because I try to limit my use of disposable products as much as possible, I will likely reserve this for the occasions I mentioned above. However, on those occasions, these are very good.

Not washable. Not reusable.
Really disposable. It is white opaque glossy carboard on one side. Not exactly what I was expecting but do the job.
