Great customer service
I bought this but the first one I received has 2 male ends versus a male and female end. I sent a message to Amazon n the company shipped me out a new one the next day. It was the correct one n seems heavy duty but time will tell. I live in pa so for winter I not only cover the spout with a insulation pouch but I also turn the water off to the spout n let it dry out before winter. This helps to prevent leaking n cracking.
