I use this donut pillow to prevent hemorrhoids because I drive for hours a day and I never realized how hard the seats are in my car. The cushion does what it’s supposed to but it took a little while to get used to. I recommend making sure you’re comfortable with the cushion position before driving (if that’s what you use it for) because it can be hard to readjust once you start driving. It has grip on the bottom to keep it in place and it seems to work well. It also does flatten quite a bit (maybe to an inch high) but it still provides comfort. It can also be hard when you first sit on it but give it a couple of seconds and it’ll soften up.

I bought this as a gift after an open heart surgery since the recipient was couch-ridden and doing a lot of sitting that began to take its toll on the tailbone. It's not the world's most comfortable pillow but it is sturdy enough to withhold months of constant sitting and use. It relieves the pressure on the bones and muscles from constant sitting in one position, and really does its job. He loves it and is still using it months later. I recommend it for this purpose. Maybe not as a car pillow or something.Also, the two droops are meant for the legs. That's the part that faces front.

What did I like about this pillow? Every single thing! I bought this one to replace the one my daughter bought for me (and the dog ate, over a brief period of time) I am 79 years old and thin statured and my tailbone and just about every chair are not good friends. When I first sat down on this pillow it was truly an AHHH moment. it's quite firm at first but not hard and slowly gave into a most comfortable sit. I can honestly say that if you have any problems with your bum please don't hesitate in buying this pillow. Oh, I almost forgot it has a washable, removable cover that is super soft. <><

First off, I have no idea if all donut pillows are like this because I have never sent or felt one. This thing is so hard and uncomfortable to try and sit on. I Threw it to the the side, and said forget it.I had bought this because my surgeon said to buy one after having a hemorrhoidectomy to help, so if you are looking at this for that...it is not soft..my pillows worked much better.The seller, was great, and the item arrived on time. I am not one to ask for my money back on things, so I never did try to return. I will find someone to give to that it might benefit.Again, I do not know if all donut pillows feel like this or not, but it just did not work out for me. :)

Bought this for my mother who had fallen and was uncomfortable sitting. The pillow is well made and I liked the handle for carrying; however, she said it was too firm and moved it to the car rather than her living room chair.

I got this for my sciatic nerve pain. It feel comfortable and works to relieve pain but for a short time. After about five minutes it gets so soft it stop feeling comfortable.

I wish I didn't need it, but it saved my, well, you know.After breaking my sacrum I needed this non-stop week 2 and 3 after the break, when the numbed nerves woke up and feeling started coming back. It allowed me to ride in the car to doctor's visits and such. Mostly it saved me from horrible recliner-like seats that placed all of my weight on my sacrum. This helped me sit forward, on my thighs, and keep that break steady.The liner is nice and soft. Filling is yielding but firm enough to support. It did the job.

Pero aún así le falta mayor soporte, para una perdona con problemas de columna

La dona está resolviendo mi problema de escara o ulcera, claro con tratamiento es firme pero lo suficiente para no molestar al estar sentado.

Hasta la fecha de uso, (aprox 5 meses) el material espuma del cuál está fabricado no ha presentado deformidades, la funda es fácil de lavar, lo recomiendo ampliamente
