These Sleep Headphones have a great sound that does not get too loud even at full volume because they are meant for sleeping. The fit is comfortable. I am well into my adult years and past middle age, and I have always had a small head. These headphones fit me well and are comfortable. They are snug without being too tight. They do not flop around my ears....they stay in place. They charge quickly. They connect easily. They perform well and are quite durable for nightly wear.

I have tinnitus (ringing of the ears) especially in my right ear. I needed something more than the white noise from my fans at night while sleeping. This adjustable headband headphones work perfectly and fit just right on my small head. I had ordered the band with no adjustable strap and I had to return it due to being too big. The width is just right and I am able to pull it down for an eye cover and still listen to soft spa music to sleep. I'm able to sleep on my ears with comfort. The sound volume is perfect and the earphones line up perfectly to my ears. Connecting the Bluetooth to my phone is very easy. I've worn it while walking my dog and cleaning my house. I highly recommend this headband especially if you have a smaller head like me.

The media could not be loaded. This is a decent headphones headband. The material is soft, lightweight, stretchy and comfortable. I like the narrowing of the width of the headband toward the back of it. That being said, the plastic connector in the back is a bit uncomfortable if directly laid on, but I had no problem with it sleeping on my side or on my back if I just moved it out of the pressure point.The padded speakers are comfortable to me. The sound is well within a normal range in quality, at least from what I have experienced. They are not designed to be noise cancelling, but I have found they provide an even "all around" sound when listening, even to white noise. And by even, I mean it is almost like a spread out sound, not just direct into your ears. However, other people around you can't hear them while you are listening (unless you are playing them too loudly).The battery lasts all night. Just make sure you charge it with only half an amp of power! Charges really quickly too, within 3 hours.As you can see in the video, it is very easy to disassemble to get it clean, and then to put it back together again.Definitely works for me, and I would buy one again.

This is the third or fourth sleep headband I have had and is by far the best. I have used it a week now and would definitely recommend.I listen to White noise during the night so comfort and fit are very important. This headband is made of soft, smooth material so it's very comfortable to wear. It is also adjustable and can fit any head size. I have a small head and most one size fits all headbands are too big. This one I can adjust to fit nicely. I will caution that if you sleep on your back, the metal fasteners might be uncomfortable. I am a side sleeper, so that is not a problem for me. Also the speakers are slim and don't hurt my ears after lying on them all night. (Plus, because it's adjustable the speakers actually line up with my ears.)The sound is great as well. I have not tried it with music but it sounds great with audio books, podcasts, and white noise.Battery life is great as well. I have used it 2 nights in a row between charges.

I bought this sleep band in hopes of drowning out my boyfriends very loud snoring, and to use for meditation and sound therapy. This does only sort of drawn his snoring out but not a lot, only a little which means I still wake up multiple times to waking him up telling him to roll over the other direction. It is definitely not noise cancelling. It also definitely does not completely block out light. For me that's ok but if you want black light block then this is not that. I have my pros and cons below and with all of that said, I will still be looking for something to block out his snoring but I'm also keeping this. To me it's worth it. I will use it for sleeping until I find what will work better and continue to use this for meditation and workouts. I may even wear it at work to hold my hair back and listen to music at work.Depending on if you are wearing this like a headband or to cover your eyes will determine if the speakers are on your ears or in front of your ears. Wearing this as a headband puts the speakers in front of my ears (right wear bone conduction ear pieces sits. It still sounds decent in that spot. Having it over my eyes puts puts the speakers over my ears. The battery life last me all night. It charges very fast.Pro's - The sound quality is pretty good. It's works great for listening to affirmations, and sound therapy tones. Great for sleeping meditation and exercises just as it says in the description. The band itself is soft and comfortable. It has sturdy elastic to hold it in place for a better nonslip wear. The speakers are not to big and bulky. I'm a side sleeper and yes I can feel them when I'm laying down however it's not uncomfortable at all. I can sleep through the night with no pain or pressure on my ears or face from them. I was very surprised with that because I'm a light sleeper. The buttons are easy to use. Easy to push the buttons but not so much so that sleeping would effect the buttons.Cons -The sleep band isn't tight enough for sleeping. I use it as tight as it goes and it's still a little loose. The size is great for meditation and exercise but not sleeping. I do readjust to put it back in place multiple times. I have an average size head oval shaped head so the size would be great for bigger size or thicker heads. It does not slip off or come off of my head while sleeping. It just kind of slides out of place. Also the speaks and the control buttons are sewn in with no slot to take them out. Meaning that the sleep band is not waterproof so you can't toss it in the washer or dryer. There is a slit that the power supply sits. Pull the wire out to charge it then push it back in when finished.

Je l'ai reçu juste la veille d'une fête hyper bruyante d'un voisin, juste sous mes fenêtres : il m'a sauvée les nerfs ^^ Il marche très bien et isole quasiment des bruits extérieurs (en mettant, occasionnellement, au maximum du son), il a une bonne autonomie et tient bien en place sur la tête sans gêner (je me suis endormie avec). Je l'utilise le soir pour m'endormir avec de la meditation. Il est très agréable et ne fait pas mal aux oreilles. Très confortable. Je recommande
