thank you for your question .i dont have your ceiling fan light picture , so i leave a advice for you here .i hope this can help you .
here's how to confirm if you can use this led ceiling fan light retrofit light kit .
1. take off the light cover and measure the light base to make sure the light base plate's outside diameter is larger than the 3.93inch .
2 .check if the original light base plate is iron or can you use screws to fasten the light retrofit kit .

how to Installation

Step1. Cut off the power supply.
Step2. Remove the light source and BALLAST.
Step3. Choose one method suitable for your fixture.(with magnets or screws)
Step4. Connect wires,positive to positive and negative to negative.

how do you permanently set it to the light-neutral light? every time i turn it on, it goes back to the white light

Intelligent Color Temperature Setting
1）Choose The Color Temperature You Only Need To On & Off The Light In 6.5 Second ，The First Time You Turn On The Light -White Light ，The Second Time You Turn On The Light -Warm Light ，The Third Time You Turn On The Light - Neutral Light .
If You Choose The White Light And Use It For More Than 10 Seconds, And It Will Be White Light Next Time You Turn On The Light Until You Reset It .

Yes, the majority of these fans use the same or similar LED 'puck'. The thing you need to check is that yours is 120V Lighting unit and doesn't have an internal transformer.

LED's are low voltage / low current devices. The reason these pucks exist is to put many of them on one 'unit' and included on the puck is circuitry to step down the 120V from your house wiring, into 12V or 24V for the LEDs.

If you purchase a 'low voltage' variety and wire it into a 120V fan; you're going to let out the magical smoke and then it won't worky anymore.

'Most' fans have 120V lighting in them. THIS puck is 120V so should suffice for the 'majority of use cases'.

Please use caution and verify you know how electricity affects the human body before embarking on this. As is always the case, the best advice is hire a professional electrician to make the replacement.
