White Water Dispenser Valve for 48mm Threaded Bottle

Really impressed with this value and setup. I use a 3 gallon jug with the pictured stand and valve at my cabin which doesn't have running water in the winter. I've tried multiple solutions in terms of a counter top water supply and this is by far the most convenient and easy to use setup.The valve works great..dispenses water fast for doing dishes or filling kettles and glasses.I've had absolutely no leaks what so even from the valve!

It leaked. They offered a solution, but the fact that it leaked at the beginning brought me from nervous to terrified of water damage. The idea of turning a 5 gallon jug upside down in my bedroom just doesn't sit easy with me. They gave me a refund, though. The customer service was great.

How do I get a replacement for the valve (or the threaded ring)? The second time I put it on a water bottle, the threaded ring split in two from the top to the bottom. It's great when it works, but the threaded ring seems to be weak, poorly designed, or I got a bad one.

Hard to find bottles that this thing actually fits. Mine screwed in ok but kept leaking!

I chose this product because I often take water to the park for community events. It's sooo easy. It's possible to fill up a 3-gallon jug, take it home, take it to the park, take it to the park and then home again without EVER having to remove the cap or mess with it in anyway.This is because the dispenser IS the cap/lid. It's like having a ceramic water crock shrunk down and plasticised, which is also very easy to clean. That said, this comes at the cost of SOME durability and simplicity.It's an ART to pop the dispenser valve onto the jug. Five years ago, I would have broken it immediately out of ignorance. It requires patience and observation. I also like the rubber feet on the dispenser. Simple and effective.I'll note that some people have reported bad things about this product. I wasn't there, and I'm not them, but I imagine that some of them aren't applying enough mechanical patience. That said, it COULD BE that there are some defective units.Overall I think it's great and fits my needs. Four stars.

I found this to be the wrong size but returns and re-order were quick and easy. The 55mm fit my bottles and don't leak - just tighten the ring. Allows me to use water without using the cooler.

Works well, no leaks. The bottle does stay right-side-up though, so opportunity to leak is minimal.

both of them have fallen apart after only a few uses. Seems the center right does not stay very when when tightening it down on the water bottle. No excessive force is used. I have older larger ones for my other bottles that I have had for about 4 years and they still work great. Don't know why these had a problem and fell apart the way they both did...same issue.
