I bought a few neck fans and they broke, are fragile, and don't even blow your face. This one is so comfy because you can adjust it to tighten it around your neck and it is lighter. The fan blows your neck and your face too! The battery lasts long too! Highly recommended!

its a nice portable fan but in a very warm environment the air let out is not much cooler. but is yet a bit helpful

I bought this for my boyfriend who works 10-12 hours outdoors in the heat at a pool construction company. We're currently going through a heat wave, and the last few times my boyfriend has gone to work, all of his co-workers have been asking him where to buy this. After using it for a few minutes it has genuinely saved them from heat exhaustion.

I am in Florida so it is sticky hot. Having some breeze on your neck can be nice if you are sweating and can find some shade. If the sun is pounding on you, this will not provide a lot of relief during the summer months...but it is probably better than nothing. This is no fault of the product, it DOES provide a good amount of airflow, directed the best it can, for a very extended period of time (have not personally run batteries down during a session yet).I feel it is worth the money and depending on where you are at, the humidity, direct sun, clouds, etc, it will be either REALLY helpful or at worst, better than nothing.
