Unfortunately, altho XL, this raincoat does not cover, neck to tail base, my 70 pound Golden. And the hood isn't deep enough to stay on his head. The one strap that goes under the body is not enough to keep the "cape" from slipping off the dog. One shake by the dog and it's worthless. I'm so disappointed! I would return it but my opportunity window expired. I didn't have a need to use it until this month.It is cute, nice material, but not long enough, and does not have enough straps (need under/around front legs) to keep it in place. :~(

Well made, feels like good quality fabricFits my very long 70lb Aussiedoodle well. The hood won’t stay on because he’s so long but otherwise works well. The leg straps really hold it in place.

I have ordered a yellow coat 2 times now for my older dog and now this blue one for my newer pup.We turn heads whenever we go for a walk with these. You will not believe how much joy a stranger can get from a cute furry pet in a raincoat. The funny thing is that I never bought these for aesthetics. I bought them because it would take me 20 min of towel drying my dog by hand if we had to go for a walk during a rainy day. With the raincoat, I only had to do that for the bottom half of my dog, thus saving me 10 minutes. Nowadays I'm lazy and end up waiting for a lull in the rain, but back when we lived in an apartment and had to stick to our ridgid walk schedule, this raincoat saved me a lot of time. It had the added benefit of making my dog a local celebrity and getting us quite a few likes on Instagram, too. If you have an aspiring social media star, this is a good investment.A few notes after many years and many coats:- Sizing depends on the shape of your dog. My dogs are around 50lbs and longer than they ar wide and so they needed a size up to get a good fit.- Because we're kind of in between sizes and my dogs are skinnier than the large size we needed to get the right length, the velcro strap is always way too long to be usable for us. I end up pulling it taught and then tying it off but it is a pain in the butt to undo so nowadays I just use a rubber band. This aspect should definitely be improved in a revised update to the product.- I prefer to clip my dog to her collar from the front of the hood instead of through the hole on the back of the coat. The hole is a weak point and over time the coat will start to come undone, especially if your dog likes to pull. I just pull the collar out of the coat a little, enough to clip it, and we're good to go.- It's important to rinse the inside of the coat once in a while as it can get kinda gross and smelly with grit and dog hair.- After over 2 years of use, the elastic that goes around the hind legs of the dog wears out but that's a pretty easy fix if you're handy with a needle. I would like to see this addressed in a new version, as well.- The outer layer remains waterproof, but over time I notice water sheeting more instead of beading like it did at first. A quick coat of silicone spray should help with that, too.- My younger dog is a bit more reckless and when wearing the coat still like to run full send for a fetch, tumbling and rolling in the grass multiple times at full speed. We've ended up with a few holes that needed to be patched while the coat was still young. I ended up using a similar color of duct tape on the inside and outside and it worked great.I would highly recommend this brand. We love this raincoat. Not only is it really adorable, but it kept my dog dry! Other raincoats we have purchased have not been fully waterproof and end up getting her wet. As you can see in the picture the hood also fits well (although she does not enjoy wearing it). It comes with an adjustable strap underneath the belly as well as two elastic straps that go around each back leg to hold the jacket in place. This aspect is really great as it makes sure the coat stays on her back and in place. It doesn’t seem to bother our dog either.For reference our dog is 45 pounds and we got a size large.

First impressions: The material is good, lightweight, and the design does its job for keeping dogs dry.The hood is functionally useless, it just bunches up to gather water, it will not extend far enough to even cover my dog's ears. I did choose a size based on back length.The neck hole is almost uncomfortably small for my dog, (but it is adjustable...to be smaller). I wish they overshot the size of the neck since you can just pull the tie to shrink it down. This is also how you put it on the dog, there is no front opening, which may freak some dogs out.The hook n loop latch doesn't extend long enough to fully cinch down the center part either, leaving me with excess fabric I have to try and tuck away somehow.The XL does cover my 50+ lbs dog's back well though, and that was my main concern. Nobody likes wet dog smell.

This is a lovely rain jacket. My baby here is a 70lb lab/pit bull and this works great for him. It’s a little big on home but it’s really not a big deal. It keeps the water off of him. He doesn’t care for the hood of the jacket so I still have to dry his head and feet off but it keeps him from smelling like wet dog. I put it on his for a most recent snowstorm as well. Definitely worth the money, if you have a long haired dog or one that hates to be wet.

This feels like a quality made rain slicker for dogs. I bought a large and originally thought that I should buy medium because my dog is 43 pounds and wasn’t as large as the previous pitties that I’ve owned, the large fit her just right. I have included photos for you to visualize her in her slicker. It has elastic at the rear that goes over her rear legs to keep it securely on her, and it was very simple to put on and make adjustments to it. This was money well spent to pamper my pup!

Raincoat for Standard Poodle. Waterproof. Easy to put on. Must give dog a treat to cooperate. The middle is too big, but length is great. Stays on though due to elastic leg straps. The neck/hood is not long enough to go up and over head. I didn't realize none of the photos show the hood "on". The photos are accurate.

El producto es muy bueno. Se ve resistente y de buena calidad. La talla fue la correcta en base a las indicaciones que dan en la imagen. Si acaso el único tema que se puede resolver muy fácilmente es que los resortes para las patas traseras son algo ajustados.
