Not 30kv, ARCING
I used this wire for HV section of an old TV tripler circuit that uses 3x 1b3gts... Wire arced all over the place, thru the insulation. Have to redo the section again. I would not use.

Low Quality. Not UL
There is no way this is rated at 30,000V in the United States. It's thinner than a pencil. You are making a serious fire hazard by using this in any kind of application over 6,000V. This crap may fly in Korea and China, but not here.
