damaged in one year, defected product !!
this is what happened to our bag in one of the trips from Cairo to Budapest after a year from purchasing. i don't think that any misuse could lead to such damage unless the product was defected from the beginning.the funny thing is that delsey's support section on the website doesnt cover any actual technical support, it is all about your order and how you received it. after that, you are on your own.we went to a Delsey shop and it was the same reply.you'd think you buy a $500 piece of luggage for durability and/or good customer support. unfortunately, we found none.
