Disappointed with this purchase. These dividers are as thin as copy paper. Notebook dividers are thicker than this plastic

This product works and does what it says, but these library book dividers are very flimsy. These are like an extremely large version of a “bookmark,” as opposed to a library divider. I do understand it being so thin. To slide easily in between books on the shelf. But it is not sturdy. There isn’t any substance to it. When sliding the dividers in between tightly packed books, it was bending and flopping around. If this had a little substance to it like a ruler it would be perfect. It would be paper thin and sturdy.

I'd hoped to use these for marking my parcels at the post office. Unfortunately, they are way too flimsy. But, I suppose the label for the item reads it's appropriate intention.
