Not bad for the price you pay. but after 2 session in, I'm already see threads coming loose, will last a while, but not high quality, and given another go, I'd opt for something higher quality (and price)

I’m 5’8, 180lbs lean (male) and I’d say my wrists are average size, I wear a size large in all work gloves. I bought these straps in the medium size, and they’re huge, you’re probably best off to buy them in a size small. They work, but I have to twist them to cut down the amount of strap slack.
