Product has few scratches which is expected for Refurbished laptops. Cushion padding missing for couple of slots.Laptop performance looks good, but would like to review again after few days. The laptop had everything described in the title and description. The unit is rugged. Apart from minor scratches on the top (which seriously I don't mind as I can add a sticker or something there, even without it I am fine), the unit is working for me with regular usage and even can handle Photoshop and Filmora. I got windows 11 and updated it the newest version. I had some minor (really minor) battery loosening problem but the support team promptly helped me out. I recommend the laptop as well as the vendor RentoPC. Also, please contact them on the number on the laptop stickers only. That is the main vendor. Vendor might change on amazon as per delivery location or price fluctuations when you place an order.thanks

Key board is not working after one month, Amazon customer care is advising to contact seller I don't know why amzon is selling if they don't product if they can't provide support.Why Amazon can't provide service center details where I can repair the my laptop since it is under warrent ? if they can't provide servicr center details why amazon has tie up with this enterprsie ? I need immediate support on this since warrenty is only for 6 months.

It's been more than 3 weeks now, Laptop is working fine. Overall performance of the hardware is very good. I would recommend if you going to buy a pre-used laptop then get it from New Jaisa Technologies, they delivered what they promise.

The product is in very good condition. I got this laptop really new jaisa. I got T460 model with 8 gb ram and 256 gb ssd storage. It has windows 11 and office 2019 pre installed. It has also WiFi and bluetooth connectivity and all working well. It's touch response is also very good. It has very less signs of earlier usage. All ports are working very well.The delivery of product was also in time and cash on delivery process worked well.New jaisa support was very good . I have called their support for warranty registration and they have done on call. I recommend the product and their service to other buyers.Thanks.

Booting problem, fan error etc started after 6 months
