I am absolutely thrilled with this quality product. It is beautiful, timeless, functional, a discovery. Unfortunately, I cannot report on long-term experiences. But the mere fact that this product can be repaired and that there are spare parts is a huge plus point that puts the product in the top category in terms of sustainability. I am absolutely thrilled! So thrilled that I have decided that each of my three sons will get this toaster as a wedding present! This product is an insider tip.

A shiny stainless steel, somewhat industrial looking, 4 slot toaster,with an integrated crumb tray and a couple of spare elements (themanufacturer recommends that these be fitted by a electrician ifand when replacement becomes necessary). It is easy to operate.One dial controls the number of slots you intend to use; a secondcontrols the timer in bursts of one to five minutes. There is anadditional hand-controlled lever on the front which lifts the thetoast when ready. It delivers a nice even grilling and colour.It's an expensive piece of kitchen kit but I have afeeling that it's going to last a good long time!I like it.

Nice product but disappointed to learn product is designed in the UK and made in China. Used to be hand made in the UK and that facade is kept up.

Comes well protected in a plain cardboard box. The toaster is stainless steel with 2 black dials and a lever on the front. 4 slice, which are extra wide, fitting extra thick bread, crumpets, bagels and teacakes in comfortably without it getting stuck at all. A power indicator light on the front showing its on, with 2 turn dials to operate. Easy and simple to use. The top dial sets to have many slots you are using, so whether you want to use just 1 or even 3 or all 4, it heats up the amount you set, not the whole lot. The other dial is the timer, so set the time to what you like or the way we describe it, how toasty or burnt you want it; I always opt for really light, just toasted. Theres a removable crumb tray to easily catch the crumbs and take it out from the inside of the toaster. 4 non slip feet to keep it sat steady on the kitchen counter. It is quite large in size, 22.5cm in heigh, 37cm in width and 21cm in depth, so probably not suitable for a smaller kitchen. Really heavyweight, it does take up quite alot of space, but the slots are huge in themselves. It had a good length wire, handy if you cant have it directly next to the plug socket. The stainless steel gives it a really nice look, bit the downside, it shows every single visible fingerprint, so does requite a wipe over/buff up quite alot. It comes with 2 additional replacement elements, which an electrician should change for you. It is a premium product with a matching premium price tag. A heavy, solid toaster, but is well made and of good quality. Durable and built to last.

This toaster is robust & very functional with effective reliability. Definitely Designed to last unlike many these days.
