This stuff has literally changed my life and helped tremendously with the symptoms of PCOS when nothing else has.I researched and researched, tried spearmint pills which hurt my stomach and many other teas and pills. Nothing has been as effective, tasteless and easy on my stomach than this stuff. I take 3 pills a day, two were not effective and 4 seemed to have the same effect as 3. I take them in the evening apart from my thyroid meds so that they do not react. I took each dosage for a few months and it takes several weeks to notice the impact since your body takes time to adjust.As a person that never gives up on my health no matter what doctors tell me, I highly recommend this if you have been diagnosed with PCOS, suffer from painful menstruation, hormonal mood swings or excessive hair growth.If you are struggling with any kind of female hormonal imbalance, this product is truly magical.

Finally, something that works🥳 This really has help with hormone balance! My skin looks & feels better! I’m less moody and it gives me energy throughout the day where I would normally need a nap but it’s a natural flow of energy not the supercharged burst you get from some of the other brands! The pill is easy to swallow which is a plus for me because I hate trying to chug huge pills! I can’t really say everything but it has helped much more cause I just feel all around good! Would definitely recommend, Especially at this price point!

The pills are easy to swallow, there's no flavor, when you burp you don't taste anything disgusting. I think the value for the money is great. Except for, the only thing that I did not like is the picture shows three bottles. If I would have read better, and been more thorough than I normally was then I would have known.I have noticed that it did help kind of regulate my period, and that is why I got it. I noticed that it helps with insulin resistance as I was doing some reading, and that definitely plays a huge role in PCOS. Which I have, by the way. I will continue to order from this company :).

My decision making process/info from the web:I have GAD [General Anxiety Disorder] and Depression, which leaves me feeling down unmotivated to do anything a lot of the time, I started noticing I felt better after drinking NOS and I looked at the label and low and behold it had inositol so I figured this product would be better than chugging energy drinks, so I did some googling, seems like there's no known side effects even looking at reddit users responses the worst being it makes some people sleepy but it was also reported that the effect wears off the more you use it. I'm no medical expert and the product label suggests consulting a dr of course, but so far so good.My Experience:Day 1 the effect was immediate, about 20 mins after taking it I just felt like I did back when I was in my early 20's [I'm 31] I'm 'in my head' less of the time and more room present I feel sharp and alert with a general sense of mindfulness, I usually have social anxiety but I'll find myself talking to people when I feel like it and not wondering why I did talk to someone or didn't talk to someone. To me it really feels like I'm re-experiencing life again and everything feels normal and manageable.And you might be thinking 'is it dangerous to not be worrying, like will I walk in front of a car or do something crazy' but not from my experience, I'd say that my emotions/reactions to things have been relative to the situation. Which is great because compared to other anxiety solutions I've tried there's often a sense of emotions being inhibited which I feel is not healthy to bottle emotions to things.I do find myself getting sleepy in the evenings but that's probably not a bad thing lol and overall I give it two-thumbs up it's made a full 180 for me personally my wife noticed a difference in me and she even started taking it. Again I urge everyone to do their own research or talk to a doctor/someone knowledgeable about it make sure it's right for you. As for myself I'm back to enjoying life again and it feels great.
