Will they take a Katadyn BeFree filter?

Haven't tried putting the filter in, but I carry the BeFree collapsable water filter and flask with me on most of my runs, hikes, and long gravel rides. It folds up easy and weighs nothing. I have been doing this for years. Very fortunate to live in Washington where there is clean, clear water on most of the trails & mountain gravel roads up here.
