No tummy issues and helps the heart rate at night so I sleep better

I have Dysautonomia and am on a strict keto diet. I would barely be able to move if wasn’t for these. They are awesome.

These pills have been a life changer for me. I’m in heart failure and was tired of drinking all the sugary electrolyte drinks to keep my blood pressure up. Somebody on one of my community heart pages mentioned electrolyte pills and I am so glad they did! They gave me just the right amount so I’m not puffy or over assaulted but keep my blood pressure up so I have decent energy in the afternoon and evening.

These are easy to take. I often am deficient in sodium, and the capsule provides an easy way to make sure my sodium level doesn't slip too low.

This is exactly what you'd expect, a boatload of salt contained within a capsule. It's effective, and as somebody with POTS it's a useful tool to supplement salt. In the case of tablets, the god awful taste of the salt tablet and the unpleasant reaction it has with stomach contents typically results in it being counterproductive. For the tablet however, these issues are much reduced - allowing effective supplementation. My only gripes with this product are with the size of the capsules and the taste - the capsule is fairly large, comparable to an anti-biotic horsepill. This makes it hard to swallow, especially if your throat has been ravaged by acid reflux. The capsule is clearly only around 3/4 full, so it could be presumably be shurnk to a more manageable size. However, this is still superior to the tendency of salt pills to both be equally as large and dissolve in your mouth. The capsule does taste salty, as well as bitter, but to a much lesser degree than a tablet. This product is decent, but would be considerably improved with a denser packing of its contents and measures to mask the bitter and salty taste of the pill. 4/5.

Perfect for those who suffer with blood volume issues like P.O.T.S.. Taken daily and been using this brand for years. Cannot live, literally, without them. 100% Favorite product.

Works exactly as expected. Easy to swallow, no bad taste, and helps manage POTS symptoms effectively. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra electrolytes and sodium.
