I decided to buy a wedge for more quad focused squats & went with this one. Once I received it & started using it, I quickly loved the lightweight but sturdy factor. It is the perfect angle and holds its form under lots of weight. I’m 235lbs & over 6ft male. I have successfully done 5 sets of 5 reps with 405lbs on my back for 2 occasions now and this thing is highly functional & solid for stretching, squats & calves exercises. Highly recommended!

It's great for doing squats, exactly what I needed. I have even used it on carpet and it holds up.Knocking 1 star for the price, since it's just a little block of hard foam. I also wish the angle were about 5 degrees steeper.

After physical therapy I was looking for a wedge so I could better achieve the depth of squat I wanted for my form. I ended up choosing the Wolf Wedge instead of single foot wedges, it seemed easier to me and I figured if I had single ones I’d fiddle with the angle and distance too much, overthink it. Wolf Wedge has been great. Lightweight, easy to move around, durable and comfortable. I keep it standing on one end next to my kettle bells and just grab it and put it on the floor when needed, then store it again. No muss, no fuss. Lives up to its promise as a product which I think is getting increasingly more rare. I hope it holds up for a long time. Will update if it doesn’t.

I have a client with Iliotibial band syndrome. I have been all over the market for a great tool that would allow seamless integration of her squats and deep knee bands. The Wolf Wedge delivered that exactly for me. I had a bulky wedge that was uncomfortable, heavy, small, and pricey for what you get. Thought I had nothing to lose when I bought it, but am really surprised the difference this wedge makes in squatting.It’s in my living room and I “pop a squat” quite a few times a day. There is just enough give in the material to make it very comfortable in bare feet or with just socks. So it’s easy to schedule in sets throughout the day. No need to put shoes on. It’s always ready to go.AND…. My knees don’t scream like they do with regular squats. I’ve even been stunned to see how deep I can now go after using it for a few weeks. Very nice.
