I have SEVERAL issues with this delivery! First I scheduled delivery with the service for yesterday 1/30/2023. They call me the day of that the item didn't get to their Wearhouse in time to make the delivery they could come in a day or 2. Meanwhile they gave me a time of arrival 8AM - 7PM.... what kind of a window is that! Also they said they wont bring the couch inside they will leave it on my door step.... I am royally upset. I had to take the day off work to find out they arnt coming so now I have to take another day off work to sit here and wait again from 8AM-7PM for them to come deliver.. I am MAD ! SO, now the couch arrived today. After bringing it up to my apartment and setting it up it has SEVERAL issues with it. I have pictures to share also. 1. The fabric is fraying on the right arm chair and the center couch. 2. The right arm chair the back is broken the wood that holds it together is sticking out and sharp and if you press on it the entire things cracks. 3. The center chair the back is bowed forward. it does not sit flush with the rest of the couch. When I place the cushions on it and sit down and relax with by back on it the thing is loose and sounds like its cracking the wood in it. SO the right arm and center chair is literally broken. I had to bring this thing up to the 3rd floor of my apartment and set it up to find out its broken and it was delayed by your carrier and I had to take 2 days off work for this. There solution was a $200 credit and to come replace the 2 broken items. So take off another day of work ... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

If you are looking for an ivory almost white couch you will not be disappointed with this purchase. It is super cozy and very apartment friendly, not to mention so beautiful. It’s not heavy and easy to arrange and set up.
