Don't feel it will adequately protect the device. It is more like a surface color and/or texture change only, rather than true, general protection. I should have looked for another product like a rubber skin type protector which we have and like for other similar devices. I think this product will protect from scratch damage, but, NOT for dropping or impact damage which is the serious risk, especially with a children. I don't worry too much about scratches which is expected wear and tear. Also, product is too expensive for the partial protection it provides.Seller gave me a refund when I returned the product according to their procedures.
