I purchased this set of rockers and table 18 months ago. One the bases broke on the rocker, the aluminum frame cracked. I realize that the chair was out of warranty, so I was/am not expecting any refund. I contacted the company, Hailey & Stone directly via email, inquiring whether or not I could purchase a new base. They never got back to me. I sent a second email to no avail. I am now faced with purchasing another swivel rocker......certainly from another manufacturer.UPDATE: The CEO of Hailey & Stone reached out to me directly. The reason they didn't receive my 2 emails was because they were switching website hosting platforms and it took a few days for my emails to show up. She apologized and replaced my broken base with 2 new ones!! She exceeded my expectations beyond what was needed to happen. I retract my prior review and will continue to purchase their products. It's absolutely refreshing to do business with a reputable company that stands by their products and honors their word. COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!

This is a review from the Netherlands! these type of chairs are not available in the Netherlands, Europe. So therefore we ordered it online, pay double (shipping & taxes) - but even then...the price is worth it :-)We love the chairs! We just hope there will be a distributor in the Netherlands who will sell this !

Fits beautifully on my small condo patio. Very comfortable. Little difficult to assemble but I'm 74 and not as agile as I used to be. All-in-all it went well. I would definitely recommend this patio set.

I was on the fence about this set, but the quick shipping, size, and relatively positive reviews sold me. I did not want a dark wicker and didn't love the look of this yellow one, but the color is SO MUCH NICER in person. It is labeled "light brown" and is a khaki/tan color. The instructions were clear, everything was packed well, no missing parts. My biggest issue with this set is the short bolts are TOO SHORT! I couldn't get them close enough to start the thread... mostly due to the bulk of the wicker in places. I finally figured out that if I attached and tightened with the long bolts first (needed for the base later), then clamped the piece tightly in place, then removed long bolts, I could install the shorter ones. (See pic) It was a headache for sure. All told it took me 3 hours to put this set together ( I am an avid DIYer). The table seemed easy until I had to put the lower shelf on, it was too small, and the whole thing was lopsided. I took apart and installed the lower shelf FIRST and then the legs and it's all good now. The bottom cushion is nice and thick and the back cushion is a little thin, although the set is comfortable. Both cushions measure 24x22 (for those wanting replacements). I am happy with this set overall and spent a ton of time searching online. I ordered it Friday night and it arrived 7:30am Sunday morning.

I like that it was not a complicated build but the hardware is easily stripped or not up to the task of being secured properly. The set needs to be covered from any prolonged rain( the instructions warn of cushions being ruined by a lot of rain).Looks nice but I am afraid that there will soon be rust stains even if I cover the set.I was hooked in by the customer service claim... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ( well I am still waiting on a response since I reached out to them with a problem ( stripped built in bolt).TIP: have another person help and do not tighten bolts 100% till all done.Update; received a customer service rep email me. I resolved my issue myself. I am enjoying this set. Looks nice. Great set.

If you are on the fence…buy them!!! We looked EVERYWHERE. We sat in hundreds, shopped online forever. None looked this good and were triple the price. We finally took the risk. Not only did they get it us within like TWO days…they were very easy, and BETTER in person. So sturdy, swivel and rock. Zero issues. For all the negative reviews…they have unrealistic expectations of outdoor furniture in general obviously. But we are not cheap and we’re willing to pay more and the ones triple the price were not nearly as cute or sturdy. The cushions are perfect.:.they aren’t too thin or slouchy like others claim. I literally couldn’t implore you more to just buy these and give up looking at the local shops. Worth every penny

I love the size and looks.My problem occurred during shipping where the box was punctured and wore a hole through a very thin cushion. I agree with other folks the cushions leave much to be desired for the cost.Instructions missed some steps and I did find them better then most things from China.Over all I feel it’s over priced.
