This is a commercial machine that I use at home. The machine itself is wonderful. I love mine. I use the 1 MHz mostly. I question if I actually needed the 2 in one. The 1 MHz I think does a better job for my injuries. Left hip “Multiple Stress Fractures “I’ve been really messed up from “Army Life. “ I hurt all over most of the time, and fortunately my wife bought me this machine. I’m a lucky man! The controls are easy. Turn it on, press mode button 5 times, then press the SW2 button. It’s on and working. You can adjust time, and strength. I leave it on the same setting every time, and then use it. Sometimes I use the “Ultrasound Gel” and sometimes not. The results of usage “can be noticeable” the first time of using the machine. But, continuation of using the machine of course helps with pain and movement, especially over time. My only complaint was, the dvd-cd didn’t work. However, YouTube has this very machine on their videos for instructions on how to adjust and set the machine. There are other videos on how to actually use it. I bought a really cool roll-a-round stand on Amazon that cost $100 for it.

Product arrived as indicated. Have just received it and the only comment I can make is that the oil has almost no taste and was easy to take.
