I love everything about this hitch, except the nylon cap fell off of the 2" ball only a few weeks after I bought it. It had only been used once, as I use the 2 5/8" ball more often than the 2". They shouldn't come off that easily. Otherwise, it's great! The aluminum is very lightweight, the height is easy to adjust, and overall, the materials and construction are very good. The parts fit together tightly and it fits tightly in the hitch, so there is no rattling or jarring when towing with this hitch. When the cap fell off, I called the manufacturer, and they quickly shipped me an entire new ball assembly. I was impressed with how they handled it. I would definitely buy another Anderson Hitch, but I might get the regular, all metal type next time, rather than the greaseless. At the same time, though, I haven't had a problem with the replacement now, after 3 months. Maybe the first one I got just had a minor manufacturing defect.

Love having the ability to switch different ball hitch sizes so fast

I bought this for my 2019 F350 with a 2.5” receiver to tow an occasional uhaul trailer to our vacation property. A month ago i had to bail out a friend to tow his horse trailer with 2 horses in it, after his truck had a problem. I bought the 6” drop version but it barely had enough drop for my needs with the 2019 F350 4x4 CCSB. I should have bought the 10” drop.

I bought this after I bought a new truck due to added height of the new truck’s receiver. Perfect adjustability for my needs. Extremely well made and made in USA! This is another great product from this manufacturer.
