This is correct for NON-AUTO
For all of us having issues with Amazon suggesting the incorrect filter size, this is the shorter filter and fits the 311, non-auto. The NON-AUTO is the keyword. I bought the suggested size by Amazon and they were too tall. So if you bought this one and it’s too short, make sure you get one not non-auto. Hope this helps as Amazon did NOT help (nor did the manufacturer making this so confusing)

Works for 311 (Not 311 Auto)
This is the perfect filter for the BlueAir Pure 311 air purifier. It does NOT fit the 311 Auto. Blueair’s website details how to determine which machine you have based on height. 311 is 18.5” tall and 311 Auto is 20.5” tall. This filter works for 311 and is the original manufacturer product. Measure your machine to make sure you buy the correct one.

Did not fit specified air filter.
I ordered this to fit a blue air filter and specifically ensured that the model was the right model for the replacement. It did not fit when it arrived. The return window was unreasonably short so I could not return it. I am disgusted and annoyed. It feels deliberate on the part of blue air. I have 3 of these systems at home and 4 at our cabin. I do not recommend given the difficulties with the replacement.

I bought the wrong filter as this one was rated poorly and didn’t show up in the top results.This is the replacement I was looking for my unit and has no issues whatsoever.

Too short for Blueair 311 auto device
The air filter I received was 2 inches too short to use in the BlueAir 311 auto device. I’ve ordered it before from this listing and had no issues but my latest one had to be returned as it’s not compatible. The short filter I received doesn’t even match the size description in this posting I bought it from.I suspect I was sent the filter version for the non-auto device even though I ordered the auto version.

It turns red only after 2 months
It is hard to get support! I try to send them an email, but when you click on the email sign, it does bring you anywhere.. Very disappointed!
