Q: Ive been getting alot of foam when pouring. I even hold glass at a angle. I have it set at 5 psi. Is there anything im doing wrong/ i can correct?

I had the same issue, after installing the co2 I would set the gauge at 4psi to 7, the burp the tank with the relief valve and let it get to the set pressure. Then it seems to work much better for me

Q: How well does the 64 and 128oz fit in the refridgerator?

The 128oz fits pretty well. Just unscrew the black handle and it will fit on most raised bottom shelves. Alternatively you can lay it down and it will fit perfectly.

Q: will a 25 gram CO2 cartridge work on this regulator?

As long as the cartridge is threaded (3/8-24 pitch) you should be fine. You could probably even go a bit larger. Just remember you run the risk of the keg tipping over when it’s not full and the more CO2 you have in your cartridge the longer it takes to dispense. Based on my experience: Force carbonation of soda takes 1 16g cartridge at 25-30psi, then half or a third of another at 5-12psi to dispense. For beer or pre carbonated beverages the 16 g will allow you serve 2 or 3 gallons at 5-10psi. The lower the pressure the longer they last.

Q: Why can't this be kept on its side in fridge?

I store mine on the side with just the cap on without any issues, if the regulator is on I keep it upright for ease of use.
