Utter waste of money. The instructions are next to useless, the plates are impossible to assemble, and liable to collapse into a hole at any moment. Not a good idea if there's a hot fire on top of them. Also the plates are difficult to fit back into the carry bag without ripping the stitching. Which is what happened, so can't return. The only good thing is the sturdy base, which I will use to fashion another firepit out of a spare old one. All in all, steer clear.

I was sceptical due to the other review about this firepit, but it's great. I doubt it would have been so easy to assemble without instructions but it is really sturdy and a great size. I love it. Can't wait to get the fire burning. I highly recommend itand would happily purchase this again rather than spend a bomb on a traditional pit. Great, a big thumbs up.
