These are comfortable to wear and match my usual shoe size for length. However, it seems only one width is offered, and it is either "wide" or "extra-wide". They were so loose that I was going to return them, but they come with an optional thicker insert to provide a better fit. With the optional insert plus an orthotic, the fit became more acceptable. It would be great if several optional more narrow widths were available.
