No pump
Update: I tried again. Opened bottle and pulled really hard on the white plastic part, which is apart of the pump and it worked. It was really stuck hard up in the top cap. If this happens to you just pull hard!Received product today. No pump and powder residue all over bottle.

what a ripoff
I tried to use the product however the pump does not work. there is no way to get the powder out of the container. sadly, it will be going back
