Not sure of it's working but I use it intra and post workout. Blends perfectly with my intra and post work out drinks. No clumps. Seems very high quality. Its a bit expensive but the ingredients are quality.

I have ordered this item twice. I was looking for a pick me up pre workout. I mix this with a V8 with one scoop about 30 minutes before workout. Gives me the boost in carbs that I need, to do 2 45 minute Spin classes along with some weights. Works for me. Ordered twice, looking at ordering again.

I was always led to believe that cyclic dextrin empties the stomach fast but doesn’t spike blood sugar. Using my continuous glucose monitor I found this spikes my blood sugar as bad as dextrose (pure glucose). It doesn’t matter if I take it post workout or any time of the day, huge spike that comes down fast causing a bit of a crash after. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t do what they say it does for performance, but for me the best use is probably sipping it over a long workout to prevent blood sugar variability and crashes making me tired.

Muscle feast does it again. Bringing super high quality product at an affordable price. You can't find cyclic dextrin anywhere for this quality and price. No BS, just exactly what you want. Add it to intra workout shake with EAAs and sip towards end of hard workout.

I like this product. It’s too expensive though. I use it for intraworkout nutrition.

For my ~2hr workouts, weights & circuit, i add 1/2 a scoop to my energy drink. Sometimes i dont want to bring my gels or carb bars, so this is my substitute to provide energy for workouts. How much one uses will vary on weight & workouts. I'm just happy MF offers most of their health supps UNflavored. I prefer to flavor it myself, less unnatural chemicals.
