The roller does it's job well and that's exactly what I'm not here to talk about.When I received it, it looked like the box may have come open or been opened and then taped shut again. Found I was missing one of the frame extension bars. I contacted Brinly Customer Service and they sent the missing piece... sort of. Some error happened somewhere and I got sent the wrong part. Contacted them again, they ended up confirming I somehow got sent the wrong part and a few days later, the correct part was delivered. No questions asked. No additional cost to me.This company seems to actually care about making sure their customers are satisfied; the lawn roller does a damn good job too.

Roller great, hardware cheep
I love the roller but the first time I used it both snap rings broke when I went around a corner. I went to the hardware store and bought new ones and it works great now. I wasn’t going to return it for those so just count on spending another five dollars after you get your roller

Works as advertised
Not difficult to put together. No leaks and it rolls nicely. I filled mine with water so I could drain it and store it easily.

Drum leaks
Had it 13 months and only used it 5 times. When filling today, found a thru wall crack in a bond seam on the drum end. Disappointed in getting limited use out of this product before failure.Also disappointed that OEM customer service did not reach out especially when bond seam leaks can only be caused by manufacturing or quality issues. Last merchandise I ever purchase from this company. Amazon, shame on you for carrying items from this sub-quality vendor.

Lawn rollers
Easy to put together, pulls great works good. I like the large fill/drain plug. I use water in it and no leakage

Works but has developed leaks in the seam.
You really have to have the right conditions for this to smooth a lawn, just the right amount of moisture. And that can be a real challenge. It worked well initially but after a year, it has developed some small leaks in a seam. And having to refill it every time I want to use it is a real pain. I'm going to try a can of tire sealer and see if that stops the leaks.

Easy fill drain plug is a nice upgrade to the old plugs used in most rollers. 48” width is great.
I had serious mole damage and this smoothed everything out after I ran off the moles with a treatment of castor oil.
