I've flat feet and these insoles are very comfy. The cost is quite high but are PROBABLY the best ones around. at least among the ones that I've tried so far. There is no size written on the insoles or on the package to double check if they sent the one you've chosen though, so you have to try them

Wow! I cannot recommend these insoles highly enough. They have been a real game changer for me. I could feel the results right away.I've been struggling with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis since I was in my teens and running cross-country regularly. However, when I was around 19 or 20, the minor injuries got considerably worse. My 20s have been plagued with a cycle of Achilles and heel pain. I have had extensive physiotherapy, I stretch regularly, and foam roll. I've tried many different kinds of shoes with built-in arch support. However, these insoles go even further than any of the shoes I've tried.It does take some time to adjust to them but I noticed the difference right away. They were slightly uncomfortable to begin with and my feet ached slightly once I took my shoes off. However, what was absent was the sharp pain of Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. After using them for a lot longer, the discomfort has largely dissipated.That said, a word of warning. Make sure that the insoles are correctly inserted in the shoe as if the ball is not correctly placed under the arch, it will be painful to run in these. It can also lead to blistering and bleeding if the insoles are not correctly aligned. Take a few attempts of trying the shoes on with the insoles before going for a run.

I bought these as I have very flat feet and was experiencing a pain in my left heel that I could hardly walk on.It said wear for an hour 5hen gradually increase. I wore them all day forgot I had them on and the heel pain has gone. Iv been wearing for about a week now and the pain in my heel is gone and I find them very supportive of my feet. Very good buy, highly recommend

They arrived on time. I found them very comfortable although my shoes were a tighter fit due to the thickness of the material, but nothing drastic. I have tried other makes which were good, I thought I would give these a try, they were slightly more expensive, but they did what I purchased them for easing any discomfort in my feet. I would buy them again.

So good, I ordered another pair for my daughter who had aching feet and they stopped her problems with a very firm arch support. I highly recommend these and soon am going to be ordering another pair for my other shoes.
