Millhouse Gaming Racing Desk Chair with Adjustable Lumbar Support, Footrest, and Head Pillow, X2022 (White)

Bought this chair in Feb. very easy to assemble and very comfortably and supportive. Was brilliant!Unfortunately a connecting metal bar within the seat broke, causing the arm on the right side to collapse in December. I raised this via chat, was offered a replacement part but due to it being the wrong colour (mine was unavailable) i declined and upon asking was issued a full refund. Cannot ask more really from a service perspective, shout out to James and Paige in their chat.

Easy to build, sturdy. Come with allen key for assembly. Easy to use and feels very comfortable. Good size, pillows back and height are adjustable. Was a little heavy but that's standard for a gaming chair.

We had several issues with the first one of these we received however the company were extremely quick in answering my messages and sorting a replacement and collection of broken one right before Christmas. The new one had no issues and is really good, comfortable, sturdy and exactly what my son wanted. For the price compared to some very expensive other options I am really pleased. Great customer service too.

It was super easy to assemble, anyone can do it, it’s sturdy, comfy and doesn’t creek (the back cushion makes a noise but that’s due to it being a typical leather type cushion) I’m just not convinced about the foot rest, I am tall (6ft) and my calves rest on it rather then my ankles or feet, maybe I’m just tall, maybe it’s designed that way (maybe all similar chairs are designed that way) I’m not sure

Bought for grandson and it seems to be a hit. Uses footrest quite a bit but seems happy with overall comfort. Not able to take me but at 18 stone I wasn't expecting it to. Recommended especially for teenager.

Arm rests always felt a bit sloppy despite tightening and one side quickly began to move sideways when you rested your arm on it. Have since discovered the hidden brackets on one side in the back rest body into which the two arm rest bolts connect, had both snapped in half around the bolt threads. The arm rest is now useless and as the seat base padding has also flattened, the chair is likely heading for the rubbish tip. The steel fittings are poor quality overall and the whole purchase has been a total waste of money. Rubbish!!

Overall the chair is decent. The quality for the price seems to be ok. However, I had three options and I ultimately went with this and am regretting that a little. The raised edges shown in the photo are uncomfortable and it ruins the whole chair. This is important to me because I will be spending several hours at a time in this chair, upwards of 6. I am 5 ft 10" and around 13.5 stone so I don't believe this will bother everyone, but I am surprised how it is affecting even someone of my size, I am not that big. The edges, which are lightly cushioned metal bars, will definitely dig into your thighs if you have chunky thighs. I am considering returning but that is yet another inconvenience after taking into account that this chair came in 20+ pieces and no doubt I will be expected to dismantle it. Other than this it really is ok and I'm sure many people would be happy with it but this is a significant thing for me and so I have to give it 3 stars. Would I recommend it? Yes, absolutely, as long as you don't have chunky thighs :)

Bought this for my son and was extremely easy to put together. My son has informed me it’s just what he wanted as it’s very comfy and looks the part in his flat. Great chair and great company to buy it from. Both very much recommended.
