Handle grips
It's a great way to work you abs. One draw back the design of the wheel. The plastic blades on the inside of the wheel stick out, be careful not to scrap your thumbs while working.

Best Ab roller
This Ab roller wheel is the best one I’ve used in my life (so far). It’s easy to put together and doesn’t fall apart during workouts like others I’ve used in the past. It comes with a small mat for your knees if working out on hard surfaces. Definitely worth the price.
