Not well made, but totally worth it for the price.
It works well in my office, and am mostly pleased. It seems to be holding up under the weight of all the paper (it’s been about a week so we’ll see...). The problems I had with it aren’t a huge deal. First, it was a little difficult to assemble because the pieces didn’t all line up the way they were supposed to and I had to force it a bit. Second, once it was together it didn’t sit flat and rocked back and forth. Fixed this with a bit of folded paper under one corner, and all is well.

Brand and Service Card is worth the read
PROS: This product was a fairly good price, aethetically pleasing, and easy to assemble. The brand and service card also provided a good deal of entertainment thanks to the obscure command of English grammar.CONS: The directions, although they provide intuitive photography, lack written directions indicating what screws or bolts to use. I have seven screws, bolts, and anchors left over (which is far more than needed to fasten to a wall) and am praying this doesn't fall apart. The brand and service card also stated that a little gift was included, which is untrue. Samstar offers false hope on random freebies.

Exactly what I needed!
This is a great lil organizer. The instructions that come with it on how to put it together are a little vague - you get a lot of little screws and bits but no direction as to which should go where. Also, it would have been WAY easier to put together if I had had someone else to help. Tis a lil tricky for one person to do. Overall, it is the perfect addition to my desk! Keeps things in view while keeping them organized!

Great product, just a little wobbly
Love the size and usefulness of it. I wish the shelves attached somehow instead of just came back out. Also mine did not end up being level so it wonders. I checked all the screws and everything and nothing I do fixes the wobbeling. I still love it and use it constantly! I get compliments on it all the time.

Good product for the price
I like it. It was a little difficult to put together. The screws didn't want to go in right on one side because it didn't quite line up right. The instructions were vague and incomplete. But I got it together eventually. And it works for what I need to. It was few dollars cheaper than the other one I was considering purchasing. I don't know if that one would have been easier to deal with, but now that it's together I'm happy with it. If I had to order another one I would probably try the other option out just to see tho. It works great for what I need.

no directions on how the assemble
The shelves where strong, I'm sure. But there were screws and no description of them. Nothing was included to tell me how to put it together, there was one page with pictures of the shelf but nothing about the screws or where they should go.
