This crossbody bag is slightly larger than the ones I tend to use and I figure it would be perfect for a week long trip to Europe.It is made of a medium thickness, soft leather which has no odor. The interior has plenty of pockets and zippers to organize your things - in my case, a phone, car keys, passport, wallet and reading glasses case. It folds up easily if, like me, you tend to stuff your purse into a backpack to board planes with a single personal item.The strap is a bit thinner than my other bags and I was concerned that it might dig into my shoulders but this was not an issue at all. If anything, it was not as prominent in my holiday photos as the wider straps of my other bags.Having been hauled through airports, hung in public restrooms and had a solid beating for over a week, this bag still looks new. The zippers held up perfectly and the exterior pocket snaps shut securely. Besides being a cute bag, this one is a great travel accessory as well.

I like to swap out purses for the seasons, using a light-colored one for spring and summer, then a dark-colored purse for fall and winter. This purse has turned out to be a great choice for the latter.This is an attractive bag. I like the woven leather design on the front pocket flap. The manufacturers did a nice job of matching the sturdy brown zippers to the dark leather and lining. The large leather pulls on the two exterior zippers not only look stylish, but make it easier for me to open and close them. The magnetic fastener on the flap holds the pocket shut. The stitching is even and solid and doesn’t detract from the appearance of the bag. Those who love the smell of new leather will definitely enjoy this.There’s plenty of space for all my stuff. The big exterior pocket keeps my nail clippers, file, comb and other personal care items handy. The zippered compartment behind it lets me securely stow my business cards, pen, pencil and related items securely. Inside are two open pockets in which I can place my phone and sunglasses. There’s another zippered pocket and then a big open space large enough for my wallet, notebook and make-up case. I can carry it with the interior open or zip it shut.The strap is adjustable, so I can carry the purse cross-body or at my side. You can even double it to use as a handbag, if you like. I do wish the strap was wider, thicker and stronger. It doesn’t really look or feel substantial enough for the size of the bag, and I am concerned that it may be easy for a thief to cut. It would also be desirable to have swivel hooks to attach to the rings on the sides and something to secure the extra length of the strap.Unlike faux leather, this bag does require more care. I live in a desert climate, after about a month of use, I can tell I will need to apply some conditioner to keep the leather soft and supple. Considering the quality and today’s economy, I’d say the price of about $40 is fair. This would make a nice casual everyday bag and would look chic with high brown leather boots.

Simple, well-made leather messenger bag. Was thirsty so I put some leather conditioner on, which it drank up and is now quite a bit softer and the color a little more nuanced. This will wear well. Main compartment perfect size for a book, glasses case, checkbook-size wallet, and room to spare. Inner zip pocket for lip gloss and some toothpicks. Threw the keyring in the front snap pocket, and phone in the zip pocket behind that. That's about all the space I need for standard EDC. Good price, good value, attractive hardware and braided detail, and can probably stuff it up and still have it appear quite nice. I expect it to get better with time and use.

The leather crossbody bag works equally well as a shoulder bag because the strap length is adjustable. This is more of a regular-size handbag for those who don't like mini bags that can't fit all the essentials. Measurements are 9 ½ x 10 inches, large enough to fit a wallet, keys, cellphone, tissues, and a makeup emergency kit.The smooth leather has an attractive patterned side pocket flap that snaps. On the first examination, I didn't see all the many compartments. The main compartment is zipped shut, and inside are three side compartments. Outside the bag are an additional two pockets. The bag is distinctive for its smooth leather finish. The burnished dark hardware is sturdy, and the bag's stitching is even.
