I had an older CPU mounted fan that went bad. The OEM replacement was no longer available. I found these wing type mounts would work. It was a bit challenging to get them installed but once I did they work great. The price was great as the OEM was pricey back in the day.

Works for a NH-U12A with modifications. Bend the arms over inwards towards one another at about a 45-degree angle with a pair of needle nose. Bend the top of the arms back down so it looks like a Z and then twist the short hook, so it faces straight down. They will secure the fans just right.

Work great1 small con is the hooks to where they hook to the fans is to short compared to ones that come packaged with coolers, a bit annoying to keep them on when trying to attach them to the cooler without having them pop off the fans, but once you get it on they are solid

The cheap plastic fan clips on my CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler broke and after searching for replacements I found these clips! For the Hyper 212 EVO you need to remove the foam spacers that covers the screws which fasten the plastic clips to the fan. The metal wire clip fits perfectly and holds the fan tightly to the aluminium fins.I highly recommend them!

The "12cm Upper Hook" fits a 25mm thick fan on a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Mini perfectly. The PA120 Mini's stock clips are a non-standard size meant for a round fan. These clips allow a standard square 120x25mm fan to fit to the cooler and do not significantly increase the height of the cooler. I have this cooler in my NCASE M2 and there is no interference with the side panel even after replacing the fan with a square 120mm one.

Did not work on Thermalwright AXP-120x67. If you need clips for this cooler, look somehwere else
