My granddaughter loved her graduation gift. She took it in her cruise to Mexico. She loved it. Said it was easy to roll, looked good, her favorite color and was perfect. She didn’t have any scratches from the cruise. It stacked away nicely in the cabin and was light weight!

I’ll start with the fact that this set is very beautiful. I was excited when I received it. It is even more lovely than I thought it would be.However. I bought 2 sets of luggage for my wife and myself for a trip to Europe. We leave next weekend. I started packing tonight and noticed that the threading in the zipper is coming out of one of the suitcases. That upset me because this luggage is brand new, we will be traveling abroad with this luggage and you know the airport personal just flings your luggage everywhere, so I’m now concerned. Also, this luggage has tags all over them saying how durable the zippers are, yet, the threading of the zipper is already coming out and I’ve not even used the luggage yet. ALSO. The band inside of the luggage has no tension, so as you can see, it will not hold my clothes in place. Even if you adjust the strap, it isn’t secure and just slides loose. That’s frustrating. Those straps should have elasticity and they do not.When we get back from Europe, I’ll follow up on this review to let you know how the luggage stood up. For now, I’m giving 4 stars only because they luggage is very lovely, it’s very light weight, and it literally GLIDES across the floor.

I searched the longest time for a set that had the large size case instead of only the medium and the carry on. I finally found this one, in a beautiful color, with built in combination locks. Inside has elastic to contain clothing, a hidden compartment, and a mesh zippered pocket. The wheels move smoothly, the handles are easy to use. The smallest is perfect for travel essentials such as passports, I.D. etc. The shell is stout enough to keep things inside from damage. And the whole set for a great price.

I bought this set of luggage because I travel a lot and I wanted to travel with nice looking luggage. The appearance of a luggage does not disappoint. I’m still trying to get a custom to the 2 small bags. I always receive compliments on the set

I’m a travel agent and travel often. I just recently purchased these and used them for a trip to Hawaii and they did great! They were super easy to wheel and maneuver between the crowd people at the airport. Of course they got a few scuffs around the edges by being loaded and unloaded from the belly of the plane, but nothing that a magic eraser didn’t clean right off.

I liked the look of this luggage, but there was no information on weight, so I messaged the seller. They told me it's 5.6 lbs. I also noticed that the title said "Lightweight Polypropylene Carrying Case", one of the images said "Enhanced durable ABS materials", and in the product description, it said "Made of lightweight and durable 100% ABS material". So, I asked for clarification on what it's actually made of. They told me it's polypropylene and after I suggested changing their listing, they edited the product description but not the image. After I received the luggage, I noticed that there's no side handle even though they have images of the luggage with a side handle and they also have a video with the luggage I bought having a side handle. It's all just so sketchy. Who knows what else their pictures or product description lies about.Anyways, the luggage is fine. The wheels move really nicely and the TSA locks are nice and easy to work with. I've only ever had this one softshell luggage, so I didn't realize until now how much I dislike this type of classic clamshell opening, where the luggage opens into halves. I prefer having one deeper compartment. Also, I don't have a scale, so I can't confirm, but I don't know. My old luggage was bought in a set with another identical one; my mom has that and she weighed it for me at her house and told me it's 9.4 lbs. This one, however, which is supposedly 5.6 lbs didn't feel any noticeably lighter to me despite being clearly smaller. My old luggage is one of those "21 inch luggages" that are 21 inches without the wheels or handle. It's also wider than 14 and 9 inches on the other dimensions. Somehow, I haven't had a problem with it, but I do feel like I'd prefer a luggage that actually fits within regulations. That's one upside to this luggage. From my rough measurements using a tape measure, it's about 21 by 14.5 by 8.5 inches. I tried taking pictures, but it's hard without another person helping, and on the pictures, it doesn't seem right. I mean, if you look at the pictures of the top view, it looks like the shorter side goes from 0.5 to a little before 8, but I think it's just because of the curvature of the luggage. The unfortunate thing is that, with a luggage this small, you really can't fit as much stuff as I used to be able to in my older luggage, especially with it having no ability to expand, and also, I feel like the curvature of the outside makes it even smaller in the inside.In the end, I decided to return it and get a luggage from a more trustworthy seller that actually has a side handle and that has a deeper compartment like I prefer, so I couldn't test how well it performs on an actual trip. I did receive the other 2 pieces of the set along with the carry on, but I had no interest in those in the first place.Update: We got the Travelpro maxlite 21" spinner, which we measured with a balance to be 5.6 lbs. It feels really light. There is absolutely no way this joyway luggage was 5.6 lbs.
