However, the company does not pressure you into give anything but an honest review so thus an honest review you'll get.The holder is made of metal and to inside the pocket clip and the key chain extension. The instructions are very easy to follow and there are videos on YouTube to assist. The key holder arrived in a well packaged black box. Inside was the holder and a plastic container which housed a generous amount of washers and they keychain extension. The key holder was already assembled with washers already inside.The assembly process was difficult to begin with but I was definitely in a car and not on a flat table. Let's chalk that up to user error. I found that a quarter was not sufficient to tighten and used a large flathead screwdriver that I use to work on my car. Follow the instructions at the point of putting this together. Once assembled take a look at it and see if adding washers will straighten the keys out. You'll want to make sure the outer frame of the holder is parallel and not angled. This will cause the keys to rest against each other. The washers will help. The large key in my photo is a SOG key knife and is roughly 2x thicker than a standard house key. I'm also using the largest river as the middle one did not fit the configuration I was going for.In my opinion, this product is well made and the only part I would change is the washers. I'm really Nick picking here and I don't like the way the washers aren't flush with each other once you tighten down. Then again I'm sure if I loosen it, I can fix that. The washers seem like the cheapest part of this key holder.I would absolutely recommend this product and the company definitely went overboard on the presentation and quality for the amount you pay. I got this especially for the pocket clip and I have no issues with the keys flopping out. I did on the first day but it just needed to be screwed in tighter at the rivets. Problem solved...problem staying solved.

As other reviewers have mentioned, it definitely was not the easiest to put together and I am pretty good at putting things together. The directions were definitely lacking. It would help if they would give you some tips on the best way to put it together maybe. I did manage to stagger the keys in such a way that they keep together. If the keys become unstaggered, they do slip out. The keys I put in this are ones I don't use every day so it's not a problem. It would be a problem if I had to constantly fiddle with it. So I am happy that I have the keys I occasionally use out of the way on my key ring. I always had a jumble of keys, this is so much better. So could the product be better... I think maybe. It does seem well make and came with a nice box that you can keep with the extra spacers and such should you need to change your configuration around. I think it would be a nice thing to gift someone too. But warn them that it will take some time and maybe frustration getting it to where and how they want it.

SEE ADDENDUM BELOWThe production quality was slightly below what I expected. It's hard to see in the photos but the plates had been bent when the posts were added in, so they were stuck and I had to fight with them to get them out so I could replace them with the longer ones that were included. Also, since the plates weren't flat they didn't sit flush when I assembled it, and the keys were catching on it.I do have a dremel so I was able to grind it down and make it work, but it was an extra step I wasn't expecting to have to do.Overall it's a good product though. Sturdy, durable, gets the job done.----------------------------------------------------After seeing my original review, the team reached out to me and offered either a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the replacement. Within a few days the replacement arrived and was significantly higher in quality. None of the issues with the previous one were present, and overall it felt higher quality. Due to the good product and the fantastic customer service from Sarah, I am changing my rating to 5 stars!

The media could not be loaded. The product comes in a nice package and can hold several keys. It's small and really easy to use with one hand and it's elegenat. It helps to save a lot of space in the pants pocket. The hole of the key must have a certain diameter so you should be aware about it, because as you can see in the pictures attached, some keys didn't fit in the keychain, however it comes with a handy ring to put those keys.It has the pocket clip which make it useful when you need to take out the keychain, and the bottle opener is small and nice

I saw an ad for a more expensive version of this on TikTok, clicked on it, but felt it was way too expensive. I came to Amazon to find a less expensive alternative and settled on this one. I think it was $18, the cheapest brand available.It feels sturdy, it's doing what it is designed to do, which is keep me keys organizer. I've only had it for a day though, so time will tell if this is a good purchase or not. It had 2 other sets of screws to add space for more keys, but I don't have more keys.Truth be told I've never used any of the keys on this except for my car keys, key fob and the door access fob. So this feels more like a vanity purchase than actual utility purchase for me.The keys aren't loose after tightening, which is a plus for me. I never liked my keys moving around and getting tangled up in the key rings I used before
