This shade is very pretty and captures light light in the “crystals” creating a lovely affect on the walls and ceiling. The problem I had was with the installation. Both the live and neutral wires are clear with tiny letters at the end. The clear wire is extremely hard to separate and trim down. Once you start trimming to size you have no guide which is live and which is neutral. I had to use sharpies to mark the wires to ensure I didn’t make an error. I think this product could be 5 stars if the wires were not clear but coloured and made of a slightly more malleable plastic to make it easy to separate them. There were no fitting instructions supplied either. I’ve fitted lights before so that wasn’t too much of a problem for me but had it been my first time I would have been lost. Overall though a lovely, decorative piece at a brilliant price.

The bulb description was wrong otherwise the pendant is beautiful with adjustable length. Not very suitable for bi-way. Will need extra accessory for this.
