Laxmi All-Natural Kesar Canned Mango Pulp - 850gm

This is the stuff!I’ve been trying to make a mango lassi like we’ve had in Indian/Middle East restaurants. I’ve tried frozen mango, canned mango pieces, whole fresh mango...none of them were quite the same. I know busy restaurants generally aren’t going to take the time to keep mango on hand, slice and blend it up each time a customer asks for a lassi, and the canned mango purée makes it fast and easy with that good mango flavor. Made it and it tastes just like the restaurant version!Want to make it yourself?1:1 2% Greek yogurt to mango pureeAdd milk to thin it a drinkable consistencyBlend & drink!Optional:A sprinkle of cardamom and add honey to sweeten, but we found the purée sweet enough on its own.

While the item itself was fantastic, 1 of the 2 cans I purchased arrived bloated. When I opened it to check it out, I found the contents spoiled. Unfortunately no returns or replacements on this, so I have to take a loss. 3 stars to balance out how great the non spoiled can was.

Mango curd on cheesecake! Excellent flavor.

I loved this when aI bought it before to make my grandson mango pudding which he loves! I was going to make it for him at Christmas but didn’t receive it for 2+months. When it came the can is so dented up I’m afraid to use it.

I want to return this. it was delivered with a dent in the top of the can and it has been leaking.
