The item was delivered a bit earlier than expected - bonus! It was shrink-wrapped (no air) so it was very flat and light. Upon opening the package, the coat expanded immediately and became very fluffy.I was a bit hesitant about ordering this item in case it was too long, but the lengths are perfect for me. The hem of the sleeve rests about 2" beyond the tip of my fingers (shoulder seam to my fingertips is 22") so I can either roll up one fold or enclose my hands in the extra material for added warmth. The hem at the base of the garment hits just about mid-calf (shoulder seam to hem is 44"). The best part is that the shoulder seam hits right at my shoulder joint and the back is also a perfect fit for my shoulder width (about 17").Before wearing it, I washed it in cold water and regular laundry detergent, using low heat for the dryer; no fabric softener of any kind and yet it retained the same ultra-soft feeling, shape, and length. We will see how it holds up long-term but in the meantime I truly like it and it keeps me very warm in 30-40 degree weather.

Really like this! It looks like it would be tiringly heavy, but it's light as a feather, but REALLY WARM!Classic styling, can wear it with just about anything. Came with an extra button, looks super cute on! Not exactly slimming closed, but we only get a few cold weeks maximum in Orlando, so coats last me forever! That and the price, everything I mentioned makes this one a WINNER! SO COMFY! Got it in black.

Ummmm…yeah. It’s not a coat. It’s not a blanket. It’s not a sweater. It’s not even a bathrobe, although it looks suspiciously like one. It exists in a class all it’s own. Some day people may gather wearing these to pub crawls like they did with the Snuggie although for humanity’s sake I seriously hope not. It is comfy, and although it’s not much thicker (or more shapely) than a towel, it somehow manages to provide warmth.Some purchasers seem to love theirs. I did not. I returned it the soonest I could manage to get to an Amazon returns location. And the rest of my wardrobe breathed a sigh of relief. To the manufacturer’s credit I was promptly refunded. But I don’t believe I will ever be relieved of the memory of myself trying that…thing on. Although my 11 year old daughter saying “Mom…that looks like a bathrobe” and us laughing hysterically might have made it all worth it.

I love long winter jackets like these because it’s not only our torsos that get cold. This jacket is so cute and I’m always getting complimented on it. It’s worth the price, which isn’t too expensive and I’m happy with how the hood fits which for me is important because I don’t like when the hoods easily fall off your head. The only thing I’d say could improve is the button-up/closure… it comes with one button to close the entire front of the jacket so most of the time you’re having to manually keep the jacket closed around your body when you’re outside and dealing with wind and chills.

This jacket is by far the best amazon find. I was so hesitant because I was worried it wouldn’t fit right or be soft but it when it came. I was blown away by how soft and warm it is. It is thick and nothing about it is thin. I have worn it with cute winter booties, black pants, and black top everyday this week. Idgaf. It is worth it and if you are hesitant I understand and I don’t regret this decision. It even buttons cute with the lil interior button to give it a trench coat vibe. It’s just cute and I love it.

I really like the fabric, very soft, however it is almost more of a sweater coat than an actual warm coat. The other item to note - it is much shorter than on the model in the picture. I am only 5’5” and it hits above my knee. In the picture it is much longer showing a mid calf length. That was disappointing.

I love the fluffy softness and the length of this coat.I liked the color I got, which was the blue one.I liked the pockets and I liked the hood.But one feature blows all of those good things to crap.The button that's supposed to fasten the front panels together to keep thecold off your body is way too small for the hole.It won't stay buttoned, not even for a few seconds.And it needs another button up closer to where the color is to close that area up.I got it cause I knew it'd be warm like a bathrobe. Comfortably warm.And it is, when it's fastened closed. But this coat does not fasten close. I have to use safety pins.And that irks me. That really irks me.Eventually, I'll find buttons big enough to stay put when it's fastened inside the hole and I'm in the process of sewing on a clothes latch where the collar is so I can pull up in the upper chest area closed, too.If it buttoned and closed the way it's supposed to, this coat would have been perfect.A simple button made all the difference. Under a dollar button that they are just too cheap and lazy to put on the coat.What a shame. They'd have an awesome product if they actually cared.

This product matches the picture. It is warm, soft, and comfy. Could be used as a coat or robe. I glued more buttons on it to make it look more like a coat. Nice item!
