Favorite tofu
Favorite tofu! Minimal packaging. Used to order this when my little island in the south was sparse for vegetarian food options. Very creamy texture.

Great Stuff
Has a delightful consistency like a firm silky custard and a delicate mild flavor. Not grainy, waterlogged or sour like regular tofu. Sautees beautifully, dice into broth, eat it plain out of the package or use as a thickener for smoothies. A great way to get more protein into a vegan diet. Needs no refrigeration before opening. Case of 12 conveniently sized containers that are unfortunately not that easy to open and require either scissors or a serrated knife. Price here is no bargain, check retail outlets.

The best
Not only does this sit in your cupboard (as opposed to your refrigerator), it has less of a tofu-taste, and there is no draining of water!

Healthy, versatile, and delicious.
I use this tofu to add protein and creaminess to so many different vegan desserts. My favourite is to melt a few chocolate chips (sugar-free works, too) with a teaspoon of coconut oil, then blend a whole package of tofu into it. Add some vanilla and a bit of canned coconut milk and you have a clean, healthy, silky chocolate pudding/mousse to satisfy cravings without a boatload of junk food.

Delicious and low fat! What's not to love? Perfect with soya and lots of fresh veg. Great alternative to meat.

softer.... it's silken tofu (Japanese style), not regular tofu (Chinese style)...
Clean soy flavour. It's silken tofu (Japanese style), not regular tofu (Chinese style). Silken bean curd is more fragile. Its consistency is equivalent to halfway between "soft and "firm" regular tofu. It holds its shape when cut if handled very carefully.
