I’ve tried more beanies than I can count..I’ve now bought 3 of these.
Seriously the best beanies I’ve even owned. The don’t stink or itch after sweating in them. The soft merino is where it’s at! I machine wash and dry them, no problem. Definitely on the thinner side good for being active or even wearing inside. I comfortable wear this thing till it’s gets about 5 Degrees, then I have to be moving around or it will be a bit cool. I also own the thicker one they make, but it’s a different kind of knit so it’s not as soft. They should definitely make a thicker one of these with the smooth feel.

Nice cap!
Bought in blaze orange for deer hunting. I have a large head. 7 7/8 to 8 in size. It was a little snug when first trying it on. Probably could have gotten away with it as is. However, I don't like any kind of pressure on my head. So, I stretched it out over a small bucket for a few days. Made all the difference. Now fits great. Extremely lightweight, warm, and comfortable for how thin it is. Might not be enough for sitting in very cold temps for an extended period of time, but it's thin enough so that a second had could be worn over it if needed. Which is what i did. Highly recommend one. Will be buying additional colors in the future.

Amaze QUALITY You will not find a better hat of the price - Stylish, Super Soft - NO ITCH
Great quality and fit, super soft - excellent weight for cold weather exercise, keeps you warm and dry in raini’ve fallen asleep in mine on many occasions. I own three - black, white and light grey, I bought my husband one in olive and tan - he loves, he cannot stand an itchy hat. I bought 2 for my mother… I will purchase more!

A great indoor beanie
Very thin and light. Kind of like the fabric they make t-shirts out of. It is very long, so it cuffs up almost to the top. That is good, because the fabric is not very warm (not enough volume to trap much air) so the extra layer adds a bit of insulation. I do wear it outdoors for brief excursions. It also makes a good base layer with a stocking cap or hood over it. Unfortunately that defeats the visibility of the flourescent yellow. TBD how it holds up when I have to wash it.

Large Enough to Cover Ears and Neck
I’ve worn the Merino Wool Ridge Cuff Beanie now in the low 20’s weather and it indeed keeps my head warm. This beanie is cuffed which means it is longer than many other beanies so I can roll it down to cover the back of my neck, my forehead, and my ears. Also unlike some beanies, it is sized larger enough so it does not fit too tight around the head so it’s much more comfortable. Of course, the merino wool is very soft.I can be very critical of products but this beanie earns my rare 5 stars.

Finally found the right beanie
I have upwards of a dozen beanies that were never quite perfect. This one may be the last I buy for a while. It fits my size 7 5/8 head great. It’s lightweight but still soft and warm. The brand logo tag is small and unobtrusive. Really love it.This probably isn’t for winter in a place like Chicago where you need something very thick. It feels like 2 layers of a nice soft t-shirt but it still keeps my head warm in our average winters of 40f here in Oregon.

Nice weight
During the recent blizzard that swept the U.S. over the holidays, this hat was perfect for 40 degree weather in Florida. It's soft and not overly thick. Very comfortable, warm, and finely made/stitched. Have not tested it in breezy conditions.

Very comfortable
These do not overheat you in any way, they just keep your head from getting cold. I used this to hold my hair back as much as keep my head warm for quite a while.. the wool picked up the black dye from my chair staining it slightly, but something I noticed quite quickly was the Orange color faded quickly, I had to flip it inside out to have the color not look so bad, but it did not take long for that side to fade too. After extended wear, the weave seems to have stretched out so it fits loosely on my head and lost 75% of it's stretchability.

i don't believe it
sorry if i'm mistaken but i just don't believe it's 100% merino wool. i'm a collector of wool blankets, i've got cashmere, merino, alpaca, all sorts. superfine, baby, royal, all qualities. and i don't believe this is pure merino wool, it has the consistency of spandex, and some of the products of this company say they contain spandex but this one doesn't. fishy fishy fishy. 1 star till i see proof. gave mine away.

Never taking this off
The beanie has been my best outdoor gear purchase in a long time! It feels so incredibly soft, fits really well and for someone like me who gets cold VERY quickly it kept me really warm and snug! Also looks really cute! Definitely recommend.

Well made, good colour, feels beautiful. Front fold can be unfolded and adjusted.
It's well worth the money, quality of material and build is first class.

The hat after a couple of uses has become bobbly and out of shape, returning for a refund
