With heavy dependence on my PC this seems a sensible precautionary standby. I have had both mouse and keyboard accidents and this provides an immediate replacement. The keyboard is of a reasonable quality but with the 'e' and 'a' keys soon rubbing blank. It is not a gaming/high speed keyboard but a functional USB office-style option. This package is what you expect from logitech, very solid keyboard that does its job with no flashy bits. Everything feels well put together and works fine. If you are looking for a budget keyboard/mouse then I can't see any reason to buy anything else. There's no point in trying to save a couple more pounds on an even cheaper Chinese one when this will most likely last a lifetime. Now all logitech need to do is make a super basic mechanical keyboard!

The keyboard is good.The mouse top casing had been forced onto the bottom half. The right click did not work. My son opened it up and found that the inside of the mouse was damaged. I did not want to return the keyboard and it did not seem possible just to return the mouse and ask for a replacement. I decide it was easier just to buy a better quality mouse.

This keyboard has all a real proper typist needs and it is only in using this keyboard rather than that of a laptop or a mini keyboard that one realises how badly ones typing has become. However with this keyboard, I can revitalise my better typing as was before I retired. Has good touch and real keys to press and you just plug in the keyboard and mouse to get going. Well worth it.

I bought this as a first keyboard & mouse for a new PC just to start it off and was so pleasantly surprised by the quality that I'm no longer planning to replace it any time soon. As a regular user of a mechanical keyboard my expectations were abysmal to say the least but the smooth key action, which isn't 'mushy' at all, gives a pleasant user experience and the mouse feels solid and responsive. With a reliable brand like logitech behind it, I believe this will be serving me for a good few years to come.

If you just want a mouse and keyboard that works then this is the set. We use them with our customers (IT Guy) and you can't get much better for the price.Good quality Logitech build and reliability.

I bought this because I needed a wired keyboard and mouse for use in a environment where radio links are problematical and for that purpose it is fine - at some point I will add a EMC report to this review just to ensure that there are no unexpected RF emissions from this.Purely as a standard keyboard and mouse they are unremarkable and do the job. The keyboard is a bit clicky but that is really all I can say against it.
