bought this to sit on a small landing at bottom of my stairs.. it is perfect for holding small lamp.. have had many lovely comments about it and the quality and price are great. will be ordering another for top of stairs.

Sturdy and decent quality for the price, can be painted if you wanted it a different colour. The only issue I have with this which I felt was important to point out and doesn't seem to be in any of the other reviews, is that where there is a wooden block between the two butterflies, the screws that hold these together go through from the outside of the butterfly, so there are 2 quite large screwheads plainly obvious, slap bang in the middle of the butterflys' body, and there is no way to hide this by turning the table around, as it's the same on both butterflies. I will have to find some wood filler the right colour to fill it as that is the only thing I can think to do, as it spoils the appearance. I have no idea why the photo doesn't show this, the only thing I can think is that it has been photoshopped out, so quite misleading as to what you get as a finished product.

I purchased this for my daughters bedroom and while the overall image is pretty, the piece is poor quality and cheaply made. It's very flimsy and was stained with finger prints when it arrived.You could easily paint and decorate it but it's really over priced to be honest.

I bought this table for my 9 year old daughter . It looks really nice however one of the wood was broken and don’t really think it worth the price :( but after all is not a bad table it does what it should.
